Oysia – Terms and Conditions

Eunaware, Inc. (“we”, “our”, “us”), a company registered in Wyoming, USA, operates the Oysia mobile application (“Oysia”). By downloading or using Oysia, you agree to the following terms. Please read them carefully.
1. Purpose of the App
Oysia is designed to show places around the world that are worth visiting. The app curates information to help users discover and explore new locations.
2. Subscriptions and In‑App Purchases
Oysia includes subscription-based in-app purchases. A subscription is required to use the app without restrictions. Subscriptions support the app’s infrastructure and make it possible to develop and release new features in the future. Every subscription option of Oysia includes a free trial for new users with full access to its features. By purchasing a subscription, you agree to Apple’s in-app purchase terms and policies.
3. No Guarantee of Accuracy
Oysia uses the Google Places API to display certain business information, including opening hours, contact details, and other data. This information is provided “as is”. We do not guarantee that this information is accurate or up to date. Responsibility for accuracy lies with the businesses themselves and the information they publish online. Oysia may provide links to external websites and resources related to these businesses. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or content of such third-party websites.
4. User Responsibilities
By using Oysia, you agree not to misuse the app, reverse engineer it, or interfere with its normal operation; to use the app only for personal, non-commercial purposes; and to respect applicable laws and regulations when using the app.
5. Limitation of Liability
Oysia is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. Eunaware, Inc. is not responsible for any damages, losses, or issues arising from errors or inaccuracies in data (including third-party information), app downtime or service interruptions, or your reliance on app content or linked external resources.
6. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in the app, our business, or applicable laws. When updates are made, we will update the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. Continued use of the app after such updates means you accept the revised terms.
